We are a community of like-minded business owners and executives who want to think deeper on the topics that matter and have conversations that elevate us. We make a commitment of time and openness to the group so that we grow deeper relationships and support each others personal and professional growth.
We make no attempts to sell to each other because we believe in the long-term power of relationships.
We meet virtually, and our meetings have three core components: 1) a topic insight that challenges our current thinking, 2) a deep dive breakout discussion where 3-5 members dive deeper into the topic and also build stronger connections and 3) a full session debrief and open-mike round.
Additionally, we meet in person occasionally where we create experiences that allow us to grow professionally and personally.
The DC/Baltimore group usually meets on the first and third Thursdays of the month. Our meetings are from 8:15am – 8:55am Eastern Time. The room opens at 8:00am for friendly chitchat.

We’d love to have interesting people in the room. Ideal members are thoughtful, and willing to challenge their thinking and willing and able to (gracefully) challenge others. We like curious people, who thrive more by asking insightful question than by echoing common knowledge. We like members who scratch well beneath the surface, and who are not satisfied by repeating he buzzwords of the day. We like members who want more, who are not afraid to take a risk in a conversation, and who are able to help the community become richer.

Our individual membership is $300/year and the company membership is $1,500/year.
Possibly. We’re not focused on referring business. We don’t measure the success of our group by referred business or revenue growth.
Our purpose is to help our members step up in their business and in their life by thinking more deeply about what they do and have them discover new perspectives. With this purpose in mind, our members don’t have a conflict with having someone from the same industry in the room. We measure our success through the experience of our members.
